RtA offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. We strive to ensure your luxury shopping experience is seamless from delivery to potential return.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return authorization slip inside the package.
Label & Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
